MISSION
MOVE TOGETHER is a global movement to make the swing dance community more diverse, equitable and inclusive. Move Together was founded in May 2020, and had a successful launch event on July 11th, 2020
HISTORY:
Thanks to everyone's support, the video from the #MoveTogether launch event in July 2020, featuring a panelof internationally acclaimed Black dancers, musicians, artists and academics, has so far:
Reached almost 90,000 people!
Had 35,000+ views (between Facebook and YouTube!)
Been shared more than 600 times
The launch event also benefitted 3 incredible organizations that are making a difference in the Black
community through dance, raising more than $11,000 for each organization:
